This recording by the fine choir of Salisbury Cathedral was taken from an LP, issued by Argo in 1961. It is appearing for the first time on CD and demonstrates that the tradition of singing in Salisbury over the last 50 years has been maintained. Music by Purcell, Blow, Wise, Boyce, Greene, Battishill and Croft .
